I am a plumbing contractor that has been working with Creative Design for the past few months and I have to say they are true craftsman, from the very start of the project they go above and beyond to protect the home from any damage that could occur during construction. Glen and his Creative Design team were always professional at all aspects of the project to our family's home remodeling needs. The team from Jeremy and Mike onsite always being courteous and making sure to clean the site to the ladies in the office Abby and Nicole helping with billing questions and being organized from the start. The team at Creative Design is wonderful!! They worked with us from start to finish on our complete kitchen remodel. They worked within our tight budget without sparing any details! We worked primarily with Sarah and Pete. Sarah is a brilliant designer with an eye for detail. She made our awkward kitchen layout look fantastic. We enjoyed a very positive experience with Creative Design as they completely re-did our kitchen and Family Room. The entire process was handled in a very professional and top-notch manner, from the initial consults, to the prep work and demolition, to the final installation of all the woodwork, hardware and appliances. Throughout the process the crew were nothing but professional, conscientious and efficient. Thanks to everyone involved for a terrific renovation experience.

I hired Creative Design to renovate my master bath and I am very pleased with the work they did. My project manager Mike Stimson was available to talk anytime, on site, on time 100% of the time and they actually completed the project ahead of schedule. The workmanship was excellent. They handled all the details and made sure my home was completely protected from dust during the demolition. I wanted a turn key solution and this was it. These are pros who really understand customer service. The bathroom looks beautiful.

I have worked with contractors before on home renovations but have never had such a wonderful experience as working with Creative Design. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen renovation. You will be very happy if you use Creative Design for your next remodel! There are four areas I would rank Creative Design as Excellent. Communication, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Follow up. My wife and I were very thankful that we chose Creative Design to do the renovation. James, our remodeling consultant, was outstanding!
