I was very nervous going in. My first visit was rough and mentally draining due to disregarding my dental health for over 10 years, but my Dr made me feel comfortable the 2nd and third time round! Making sure I wasn’t panicking and allowing me to hold my 36y.o teddy as a woman of the same age (as the teddy)! I’m ready to see them again with no fear! Also excited to see my final results!
Been going here for 2 years. Very easy to get in and they are very fast. Dentists are as gentle as possible and make the experience comfortable!
I was booked an appointment for Friday and expected to have a visit with the dentist. I received a call from the receptionist to come in earlier and did. Then was told my kit was ready and that was that. If I knew this I could of not arranged for a ride from my insurance company and just had someone or myself at a later date to pick it up. Not curtious at all. Hmm!
It had been a few years since I had a checkup and cleaning but had a fantastic experience. My dental hygienest (April) answered all of my questions and had a gentle touch leaving me feeling clean without feeling brutalized. The doctor was thorough and comprehensive with checking. Everyone I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Certainly will be coming back!
