About 4 years ago we moved into a different home. It was an older home so we decided to call Harmony Home about their roll-out shelves. They installed 6 of them in my kitchen and we have loved them. They make it much easier to reach the items that are stored on them. A couple days ago my Lazy Susan suddenly collapsed. I called Harmony Home to see if they could fix or replace it. Working with Harmony was very easy. They had good follow-up. Everyone was very kind and they didn’t miss a beat. I would highly recommend them.
I was aware of the pull out shelf systems originally through the Wichita Area Builder Association, and knew it would be something I was wanting to add to my home in the future. When the time was right, I called Harmony Homes to set up an appointment to review my kitchen situation, and to see if they could make my life easier. We just had sliding drawers installed by Harmony Homes. From Phil's initial visit, to the call from his daughter explaining all of the details, the two installers, Ed and Jeff, and finally Phil's post installation visit - EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING went perfectly! This company provides a quality product and excellent customer service!! We LOVE our slide-out shelves and have no idea why we waited so long to get them. Our shelving is deep so the lower and upper shelves were impossible to use before installing the slide-out shelves. The lazy Susan solution is a huge bonus. It actually winds up holding more items plus...you can find them! I cannot express how much difference these shelves make. We did have one minor issue that needed to be addressed.
