A very interesting setting! How often have you eaten i a place whose mission it is to help the disadvantaged? At the Creative Cafe you can eat great food and do something for the community. This is not first class dining! If that is what you expect, you are in the wrong place. Food takes a long time Creative cafe is one of the best places to eat in town. However, the problems lies in getting your food. IT can take up to an hour for your food to come and even if you order appetizers they come right before your dinner. I am not sure why. Either the cooks are slow or the servers don't "get it". I also love the earlier reviewers comments about the disadvantaged working there, the quick timely service they provide outshines the wait staff & cooks 10 fold!
RecommendedI have gone several times and never disappointed. Took my boys for lunch and they loved it also.

This family run place is a favorite of many long time and new residents. The food is tasty, the staff is knowledgeable and the cooks know how to interact with the patrons. If you haven’t been there you are missing a real jewel ! To top it off the owners give back to the community all the time.
