My husband and i were new to the area and we were referred to the Katy Freeway location, Mary was the first person we spoke with and then Chris, They were so professional. The Most Incompetent People in the Industry: Creative Blinds – First, we made an appointment with a sales person in the Katy Freeway location and he was a no show for our appointment. We decided to try the Kirby location. The manager was nice. She came out to our house and recommended Oakhurst Shutters. We ordered window treatments for our entire house from Creative Blinds, including Oakhurst
