The Most Incompetent People in the Industry: Creative Blinds – First, we made an appointment with a sales person in the Katy Freeway location and he was a no show for our appointment. We decided to try the Kirby location. The manager was nice. She came out to our house and recommended Oakhurst Shutters. We ordered window treatments for our entire house from Creative Blinds, including Oakhurst
