Monica is absolutely amazing and it's obvious she really cares about your skin. I have been going for a year and she gives a great facial. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time with you. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a deep cleaning facial. Also, the receptionist, Sue, is very sweet and returns calls promptly. I have been to a lot of spas and Monica gives the best facials by far.
I purchased a Groupon for LHR based on online reviews last fall. On 1st visit, I was prepared for the less than spa atmosphere. The location was convenient to Buckhead, the office small but very clean, and parking was easy and free. I loved my visit with Janet, knowledgeable and took time to explain what she was doing and what to expect afterwards. I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I bought a Groupon to try laser hair removal since I had never done it before. I'm glad I didn't pay full price because after 6 sessions I saw NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER. They kept telling me I would need 10 to 12 sessions, which I realized was just a ploy to get me to buy more. I am now going to a new place to work on the exact same area, and I will be SURE to tell them about the shoddy work I had at Creative Skin Care.
I am so angry. I had to cancel my appointment due to my car not starting today. Yes I canceled 1 hr before the appt. you guys are not understanding at all!! I am obviously very stressed from the situation as I am waiting on a tow truck. Instead of great business practice and allowing me to reschedule, you are very unflexible and give me the option of either forfeiting one of my visits or paying a cancellation fee. This is ridiculous!! Will never visit you guys & will be telling everyone I know!!
