I ordered a funeral arrangement for delivery before 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, the first viewing. I received a phone call Friday morning around 9:30 a.m. from some lady at their location stating that they didn't have any gladiolas for the arrangement, that they were very difficult to get in the winter. Flowers were supposed to be delivered to our home and the next day were still not there. My husband went in to the store to speak with them (as the person who ordered us flowers lives in another state) and Lynn said that she hand delivered them and that they were there. We had been home all day and know that she did not. Well, she had the wrong address and dropped them off at my neighbors. Our family has used the services of Lynn at Creations by Lynn for the last 2 years. Each time, she has gone out of her way to obtain the freshest flowers possible for the things we needed. We recently had her do a large funeral order, several pieces for a relative's funeral, and the work Lynn and her staff did was awesome. There were a few flower types we wanted but Lynn explained that they were out of season, so she suggested alternatives which were just as nice. Keep up the good work, Lynn!

Brides beware of this florist. The only artist in that place is a con artist. She will promise you the world when she first meets you. Then she is hard to get a hold of when she gets your money. Beware she'll even ask for cash payment and never report the income. I know she promises certain flowers that aren't available at the time and when they arrive they are different types of flowers or she uses silk. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Lynn was very bubbly and outgoing during our first couple of visits but we later realized that it was because she was off-season. The minute wedding season hit, she became unresponsive and even more upsetting, rude. Unfortunately, we had already put our deposit down so we couldn't use anyone else. Better somewhere else...(unhappy bride) – The people they had to bring the aisle runner to the church and bring flowers to the church for our wedding were not very friendly. Didn't advise us when to walk down aisle (they were suppose to) and did not tape down aisle runner. They forgot the stephanotis in my husbands boutanier. I specified I wanted roses, peonies, sweet peas and hydrangeas in my centerpieces. The vased were more than half full of tulips. unprofessional – Omg! Do not go here! had a consultion and an employee came in wanting to pick up a paycheck and she told the employee well I don't have the money to pay you. The employee said but I have a family I owe bills, Lynn said f u and I will call the police if you don't leave now.
