We have purchased from here several times before without any disappointment. I referred friends to purchase a bouquet and they were disregarded completely. This was on Sunday 5/24/2026. To the clerk that was there, please be kinder to the customers. A positive impression always brings good business. Your impression gave the business a loss for that specific date. Try harder next time.
The old lady with white hair was rude the second we walked in. She was talking to my sister who was asking questions about a floral arrangement like she was dumb and that us being there was bothering her. This is our third time coming and I am disappointed with the quality of service. They also barely have any flower options to chose from.
Ordered from out of state for a loved one’s funeral service. Terry was fantastic— going out of her way to contact the funeral home to make sure the flowers arrived on time and to the correct location. The standing spray was wayyyy above and beyond what I expected. The flowers were absolutely stunnnnning! I definitely feel like I received quality customer service, an exceptional and beautiful end product and feel extremely satisfied in the care given to my order.
