Office personnel always professional. I was there for long procedure (3 hours) and Dr Brayer and her assistant asked numerous times if I was alright or needed anything.
Excellent first visit! Dr. Brayer's staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Brayer was very gentle, with a warm personality. She took time to explain her observations of my oral condition, what areas could be improved and how their pricing structure works. My 4.5 year old son had a fear of the dentist. We used the pictures from Creating Smiles' website to make a story book to prepare him. Everyone was so friendly and the waiting room was quiet and relaxing. The dental hygienist was gentle and patient with my son and explained everything to him. My son was comfortable with both the hygienist and Dr. Brayer. My son had such a positive experience that he is not afraid anymore. I have been a patient with Dr Brayer for almost ten years. Very family oriented. The staff is highly professional and tech savvy; and the modern, immaculate office is one I do not mind visiting.
