Do not build with Creat Homes! They provide no support when issues arise. It’s been over five years and we still have unresolved problems with our flooring that they continue to ignore. A few months ago, we even had a leak in the ceiling, yet they still haven’t contacted us or done anything to fix it. Very disappointing experience.
Fantastic team from concept all the way to handover. They were willing to listen to our ideas and buy into the vision with us and always found a way to solve problems. Shout-out to Mike, Dan, Mitch, Pierre, Allyson for the great experience.

Have had an awesome time building our home with Create Homes and have recommended to all of my family and friends. Adam, Matt and Ally have been awesome to work with and our home was built ahead of schedule with incredible workmanship. They are genuinely good people and have done an exceptional job throughout a very difficult building period.
