WARNING: Do NOT build with Create Homes. Experience was truly dreadful. No trades on site for weeks. Terrible "craftsmanship". Shocking communication from the director and office. Never listened and concerns were dismissed at every turn. This is why some people will say "I'll never build again". This is not a professional company doing a professional job. Don't waste your time or money - choose a trusted and well respected builder. Definitely NOT recommended. They do not deserve even 1 star.
Create Homes was a great company to build with. Matthew the Director was very professional and took the time to answer our questions as first home builders. The communication was excellent, always keeping us informed and responding quickly and fairly to any questions we had. Do not build with Creat Homes! They provide no support when issues arise. It’s been over five years and we still have unresolved problems with our flooring that they continue to ignore. A few months ago, we even had a leak in the ceiling, yet they still haven’t contacted us or done anything to fix it. Very disappointing experience.
Fantastic team from concept all the way to handover. They were willing to listen to our ideas and buy into the vision with us and always found a way to solve problems. Shout-out to Mike, Dan, Mitch, Pierre, Allyson for the great experience.
