This review is for the 44 South location in Austin, TX. I wish I could leave a good review, but this complex is too dangerous to endorse, and the management has been ineffectual at addressing any concerns from myself or the MANY residents in a building-wide group chat that has essentially become an outlet for 150+ residents to vent their frustrations about similar issues. I have a 2 bedroom apartment at 44 south, I'm a single mom to a baby and small child. This has been the condition of both my bedrooms for the past TWO MONTHS due to roof leaks. They had incompetent roofers come out 4 times and they still couldn't fix it. They verbally and in writing guaranteed me that they would credit my account for the rent I paid during those months because these are not livable conditions and I haven't been able to use my bedrooms.
