Second attempt at purchasing from creative and it will be the last. The first purchase, no delivery no phone call and the woman was abrupt and full of excuses on the phone on the scheduled day, rescheduled and still late delivery. Second purchase was never completed, as delivery didn't happen, when I called I got excuses again and a stroppy tone. When I asked why we didn't even get a courtesy call, that was met with rudeness... we will never buy anything ever again from creative. Not worth dealing with, and their competitor ... read more
