After finding out that the test was gonna take 72 hours and waiting for 45 minute past my appointment time in the car because nobody was in the building. I try to cancel but they don't give money back it is very concerning when the place charges before they do the work don't go.

I just got tested today and they made is tolerable. They were very friendly and very thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen through the testing process. They also went through the process of telling how you will get your results and all of that and made sure I didnt have any questions. Overall they made something that would otherwise be awful not so bad.

I made an appointment for expedited COVID testing on Friday the 4th and when I arrived, the staff was friendly and the test was quick. I wasn’t really told how I would receive my results, but I assumed I would either receive a phone call or an email (you will receive an email). Two days go by and I did not hear/receive anything.
