Sat down and waited 20 minutes, no one waited on us so we got up and left. It wasn't even busy!
Went for my son's birthday soon after they initially opened in Lancaster. Quick service, friendly server and really good food!
love their pretzel strombolis and paninis!! their pizza is also very good.
Meh food was ok, We had pizza was nothing special. Not awful but not great. The wings are not sold in half dozen or dozen, this was not explained. Wait staff are learning. Guess it is just not our scene so doubt we will come back.
No idea about how the food tastes, didn't get that far. Was quoted a 15-20 minute wait time, after about 35 minutes was told we are "next", waited another 15 minutes and was told that another table claimed to be us and they gave our table away, even though we had been up to the host stand three times in person. What a joke. We left starving and angry.
Horrible customer service. Not only did they completely screw up my order, but when they "fixed" their mistake they sent back the original cold cheesestake they fucked up. That was after they tried to offer a free one next time, i ordered cause i was hungry now not next time, there wont be a next time. I will NEVER eat at either location again.
The service was terrible. We were there for almost 4 hours. Our waitress was inattentive and the owner was on his phone most of the night. First and last time for me.
