Absolutely piss poor. Took 1.5 hrs to get the food and I live 1.1 miles from the store. Then stuff I ordered was missing. Call the store and got attitude and the run around from whoever answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager who told me his name was Wade. Also got attitude and the run around from him. Worst $$$ ever spent. I'd be better off buying $30 worth of gumballs.
I just don't understand. If I don't do my job my ass is on the line. If you have one job...aka...making a damn salad and not screw it up by putting onions all through it...which is the opposite of what I asked...why... because I'm highly allergic to them. But nope....there is more onions then lettuce on it. Not even down into the actual salad and already have more than I care to admit. This used to be my favorite place to eat. Over the last year this place has went to hell!!! Atleast an hour delivery and im 3 blocks away. I switch to pickup and they have removed the T.Vs. The dining area was digusting, smeared marinara sauce on the floor, crumbs on every counter. The beer coolers are now empty with paper covering the glass. They dont wear gloves! Best pizza around however the staff is extremely rude and ive been hung up on and waiting over 2 hours for a boli!!!!! >:( and im still waiting. Hopefully they can actually get it righy this time. -nope completly fucked up. Burnt, soggy and the extra marinara i paid for isnt here. Seriously guys?!

We used to love this place! Would order from there AT LEAST EVERY WEEK (especially Tuesday and Saturdays)! but after what happened this past week, they will never get our money again! Were ordered cheese steaks and fries. They arrived in the time they said they would, however all of food, EVERYTHING we ordered was cold!!!!
