Customer service was great. They got my ideas and made me think everything would be amazing. I called a week early just to make sure a $400 arrangement for my daughter’s 18th birthday would be delivered around lunch to her school. I even called the morning of and someone told me they were waiting on flowers to arrive.. at 2pm when school let out no arrangement. $400 gone. The excitement of it all gone. Placed my order online for the delivery to be made in the same day. When I called to check the status of the delivery I was told that the delivery wasn't complete because the arrangement required flowers from Denver, Colorado. I'm not a florist and allowing the sale of an arrangement to be made with the product in hand to complete must be common for florist. Ordered a birthday candy bouquet with balloons and a bear to be delivered on my son’s birthday at his job. Not only did they not deliver them on the requested date, but 2 weeks early and with a blank card! My son wasn’t even at work the day they delivered and his job had no idea who they were for! I sent them an email discussing their mistake and the disappointment in their attention to detail and they wouldn’t even respond.
We purchased a Grinch Tree that I saw at a Christmas party last year and knew I had to have one this Christmas season. They are darling and it's so easy to see that great care was taken to put it together. I should also add that the woman working in the store was the sweetest! Also - the houseplants up front along the window are absolutely gorgeous 😍 OPEN GOOGLE
