Katie is 8 yrs and has been going since she was 8 was. She loves going to Crazy Bone, she runs to the door. Once I open the door I’ve gotten to the point I drop her leash and she runs to her groomer. She LOVES Vanessa, she rolls over to get her belly rub. When I come to pick her up she looks beautiful!!! They have also made her birthday cakes and the occasional pup cake, all made by Crazy Bone. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby girl, Katie. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
Their sign on Garfield Ave. is way to bright. They should seriously consider adding a dimmer for night time...

My mother and i dropped our dog off to this morning for his appointment at 10:30, was told he would be done at 1:30 then at 1:35 called bc no one had called to let us know any information about other appointments taking longer then expected. Then was told our dog wouldn’t be done till 2:30. Came immediately to pick him up and then was stalled just so they could quickly shave our dog and lie about clipping his nails and was still charged 10 dollars half the fee for a nail clipping.
