remember that they put a customer in room one for nail trimming. don't leave them for 20 minutes and ignore them as they walk out.

Great place!!! They really do care about our fur babies!!! Apparently some people are just nasty & can’t be pleased!! Please ignore such rubbish!!!! So many wonderful reviews!!!
I had an appointment for my cat to get groomed at 11:00 am. I never heard from the groomer, so at 2:00 p.m. I called to check and was informed that they haven’t even started on my cat. I live 45 minutes away so I decided just to go pick him up. I arrived at 2:10 and was told they started grooming him. They told me it would take 15 minutes and he would be finished. We absolutely love Crazy Bone. We have used Boarding and the Daycare. Ninny is head over heels in love with the staff. They are so friendly and welcome Ninny every time. I highly recommend these wonderful people. They treat our beloved pets like their own. ❤️ I am so grateful to find such a perfect place to take care of my babe.

Brought a stray in we found today he is an American Eskimo. Rough shape and neglected 😩! The staff was super helpful and friendly and eager to help me get this Ol boy taken care of and fixed up to look like a new man! They took great care of him and his needs. Looks like a new dog. The tech was fabulous and very dedicated in getting the job done. Would definitely recommend
