They did amazing with my super timid puppy!
RecommendedJust picked up our Brutus from the doggy daycare (our first time) Everyone who works there are super friendly and really made us feel comfortable with our decision to board Brutus next month for a few days. He is an anxious dog with a not- so-happy past, but we cannot be anymore proud of him! They said he did really well and that he was wagging his tail and was a good boy! Crazy Bone did a great job today with our dog today. She's Pom and Corgi mix and the Pom tail is perfect.

I just picked up my shih-tzu and shorkie. This place is perfect! I take Owen and Mia here regularly. They both get so excited to see their groomer, Vanessa and they don’t mind getting their haircuts. They come home happy, clean and looking fresh. I recommend Crazy Bone to everyone. It’s a great environment and your fur baby will love it!

As all of our customers know, we shave dogs down ONLY as a last resort when an animal has been allowed to get matted beyond repair or it is specifically requested. You mentioned no other groomer has given you the results you wanted, so I’m guessing he was in the same shape when he showed up there. I am truly sorry you are not happy with his cut, but until he is maintained correctly at home this will be what you get no matter where you go. Remy is a tough little dude to trim nails for and Vanessa is so calm with him. I’ve had problems with groomers giving up and saying they can’t help but Vanessa works her magic each time. She really understands breeds and their mindsets.
Beautiful, clean facility in a convenient location with a caring staff.
