The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. I eat here all the time. The food is so good, especially the crawfish
First time there yesterday for our son's birthday ! Our waitress Chelsea was awesome ��!! And so we're the bartenders!!! Food was great!!! Most definitely going back ��
Food was overcooked in old grease! Waited over an hour for a table. Crawfish were mushy like they had been frozen and definately were not spicy. I would not go back!
This place is exactly what it says. A Damn Shack lol. First time eating at this place, was hesitate cuz the one in Huston sucked major Donkey balls. But this placed was freaking awesome. From the chili cheese fries which were damn good to the stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with crab mean and other stuff) to the crawfish and smoked oysters. Everything was filling and good. Shout out to our waiter William M who kicked ass and was quick and attentive. Great place to eat can’t wait for the crawfish to get bigger.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Wonderful time with my son and my granddaughter.
As another person said the gumbo and red beans and rice were pretty watery. The oysters smoked oysters fried oysters and key lime pie were awesome
We have not been to the actual restaurant yet but we have been to the crawfish truck in Alvin twice now & service with this place is awesome & crawfish is fresh and delicious!!!
Crawfish wasn't 4.99 payed 6.99, got there after 1400, service was good brought out appetizers after the meal
