Mr. Cray is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing tie downs on my mobile home. Mrs Cray has the best customer service in the West. I will definitely use them again!
What a let down! Red flag business practices. Richard was very poor at communicating from the rip but pricing seemed fair when we finally did get an appointment scheduled. That appointment was set for 8 this morning, he was even sent a reminder text last night. Cray's is my go-to for getting foundations and tie downs in order on manufactured homes for my buyer's and seller's to meet lender requirements. They are very fast, efficient and know exactly what is required for a foundation certification.
Companies that promise to come on time, do what they say what they will do and charge a reasonable fee are becoming fewer and fewer. This is not the case with Cray's Mobile Home Services. Richard Cray is consistent with being responsive to all estimate requests, on time and delivering exceptional customer service.
Was trying to get a quote and get work done for a client. They said they would go out, after the day passed that they said they went out they won’t answer the phone or call back. Have had multiple people try calling and emailing. No response. Wouldn’t recommend.
