My car was a trade in that someone turned in I wanted to buy it that day but they would not sell it to me as it had not been checked yet and reconditioned at that point so all I could do was put money down on it to hold it a few days later it had new tires,new battery,new brakes, and motor mounts as it was making a rubbing noise when we test drove it .the car runs and drive beautiful and I feel bill and the guys treated me good yes I would buy another car from their
I would like to thank Craycroft Auto for our experience with them. I only called to ask for a price on a SUV that I seen. We were getting a vehicle from somewhere else that we didn't want but was the best vehicle on that lot. It was taking a long time to get the deal done. I highly suggest anyone looking for a car right away to not purchase here. I don't want anyone to go through what I had to (going to different mechanics just to get my vehicle fixed, ultimately spending more money than expected). The cars are in horrible conditions for ridiculously high prices. The staff has terrible customer service as well. We where in a very bad situation with our old car it was either spend a couple grand on an 93 buick or just go get another car. We looked everywhere and no one would work with us. It was getting late and we where really in a bad spot the car was almost dying at lights it was chugging really bad and it was really just unsafe especially with an almost 3 yr old in the car. I am currently purchasing from this dealership. I am now wishing i wouldnt have done this. They said they did there 100 point inspection and everything was fine. I then took it to my own place and they said things looked great. Now a couple months later my vehicle breaks down and I can no longer drive it. Im so infuriated. My insurance since that it might be a total loss. I am here to warn ANYBODY that thinks about purchasing from them DO NOT DO IT!!!! Do Not buy from them, their cars are bound to cost you with the transmission or some other big ticket repair! and DO NOT use their financing because they will break into your vehicle and threaten you even if you are less than 30 days behind. They are as ghetto and crooked as they come. Beware, very AWARE! They also get online and call you a liar regarding your review if they don"t like it. How tacky! Especially since there are no good reviews posted.
