Love living here!!!! Resident over 10 years. Clean. Convenient to downtown. Staff is very friendly. It is the true definition of a "community". One of the best apartment complexes I ever lived in. Ammenities are great. Maintenance is quick to respond to needs. Pool is clean and quiet. I am never moving.
It's the Hill District, Morons Of course it isn't safe, it's bordering the Hill District, one of Pittsburgh's worst neighborhoods. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I could have told you that before you moved in. Don't you people do any research outside of asking the people who are trying to sell you their product? Of course they're going to tell you it's a great neighborhood, they want your money! And for the user who says theyve been a resident there for 10 years... has this complex even been around that long? I thought they ... read more
Good. Day. Crawford Square has been around for well over 10 years and to blame incidents of crime on the property is ludicris. You can watch the news any day and see worse things happening all around the city. Also, what is the purpose in bringing up the race of the two men that robbed you? What does that prove about anything? I'm confused. I have lived at Crawford for the past three years and I am very pleased with my experience here. The Leasing staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the community is nice. The mainten... read more
Crawford Square Apartments is very unsafe. I lived here for three months and one day on the way home from school (I go to Duquesne University), I was mugged by two African-American criminals about my age right behind my apartment. I was tackled from behind, my face ground into the cement, and had my wallet and my keys taken from me. I immediately went down to the Crawford leasing office to get my locks changed. They changed my apartment keys right away, but it took them over two weeks (and multiple phone calls) to change the... read more
