Waited for over an hour and a half and finally left. Since when is waiting over an hour and a half in an exam room an acceptable practice? Never been so disappointed in my life! Oh and the staff's response with an "ok" as we left attitude made me realize we were in the wrong place to get my husband help with his back anyways.
