I ordered two items on January 27, 2024 as part of order #8389: 2024+ K&N CROSSTREK/IMPREZA TYPHOON COLD AIR INTAKE 69-8010TTK × 1 and Crawford Billet Power Blocks 2024+ Crosstrek Impreza × 1. As of February 23, 2024, the first item - the Typhoon Cold Air Intake 69-8010 TTK hasn't shipped even though the item showed "in stock" at the time of the order. Was incredibly excited when Mark (the CEO) emailed me and personally asked if I was still interested in purchasing rear lower control arms for my Forester. Long story short, I purchased them in June 2023. It's now Feb 2024 and I still don't have all of the parts and nobody at the company will respond to my inquiries.
After battling the company for over 2 months, I finally received a partial refund. Two of my 3 items were refunded because they were not able to provide ship dates just empty promises. One item was shipped right away but I cannot use it without the other parts. I have called, emailed, called and left voice messages for an RMA # but my request has fallen on deaf ears. Ordered my brush guard in April. Sent messages and left a voicemail for Melissa. Looks like I've been ghosted. Time to dispute the charge. Can't really recommend this vendor.
Retracting my reviw from 7-18-23. Customer service called and explained the issue with my order....so as of today...it is supply chain related....thank you Melissa and Mark
