This was the WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! Usually the staff is pleasant, helpful and inviting. I frequent this location. Saturday afternoon I was helped by an associate named Yvonne. She was extremely rude and pushy. I was entering in my phone number information and that was skipped through. Her response was "you don't get points anyway". She then charged my card and by passed my email info. Next, while purchasing a gift, I had to ask to have a glass boxed, and was then told "oh you want a box". What a delight to visit the Crate and Barrel store on Boylston St. in Boston today! Wonderful customer service from everyone I encountered, who approached me on their own, eager to provide help. This kind of customer service is reminiscent of the good old days in our country where solid customer service was the norm. Very unusual these days but much appreciated! Thank you!

Excellent ideas, placement, color while integrating our treasures. Debbie is terrific, good soul and smart. She has good taste, but works beautifully with customers' sense of decor. Splendid experience, great woman, pleasant and engaged in completing competently and pleasing to the customers.

I received a call today from Jaqui who works in the customer service dept. at this store. Couldn't believe she left me a nasty voice message about my deliveries which they attempted 5 times to replace my damaged dining table. She accused me of not accepting the replacement table because " I didn't like the finish"? Is it too hard for them to understand I want a table which I paid for that is not damaged: table with dents, deep scratches is not acceptable.
