I have two complaints about Crate and Barrell. I ordered a curtain panel on the internet to try the size. It did not fit. I mailed it back to your Tracy Returns location. I have delivery confirmation on 5/14/18. It is 6/6, no credit on my cc and very long wait time, over 45 minutes, on telephone and no resolution. They have asked if they can call me back.
