Love this store! Very sad to see it’s closing. 😔
Terrible customer service including management at this location. Was told they just started becoming a "furniture store" and that their systems are terrible by an associate. Waited a month for pendant lights that were in stock and on display in their store. No call back when it finally arrived for pick up. Can never find our customer record for some insane reason. Will NEVER buy anything for our brand new home from crate and hellhole again!
Very helpful staff members and nice things things for your house
I have been shopping here since their conception in Chicago. The store I'm Orlando was beautfully arranged and Mike was so helpful with assisting me.
