I have been going to both the Nashua and Merrimack location for years. NEVER have they ever did a bad job. If you're not happy, they will definetly make sure you are. Very nice people....especially the Merrimack group! (no offense Nashua or Hooksett). Whoever gave the one star must have been having a bad day because he couldn't be further from the truth. I recently got a quote from Gate City Nashua for some aesthetic damage on my Acura caused when I scraped against the garage. Receptionists were pleasant but the woman who assessed my car and wrote the estimate quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS number and timetable. Thankfully I had the wherewithal to get a second estimate which was half of Gate City's estimate and half of the timeline. I would highly recommend this repair shop. They went above the norm for me. Had my rental ready when I dropped off my car to be repaired. They kept me informed all the way thru the process.
