Don’t tell your customer that you forg to about their vehicle. When you do screw up have the manager fix it. Very disappointed with your customer service. Truely unprofessional. Would not recommend or ever go back. Terrible customer service.

Very poor communication skills,had to call just to see if vehicle was ready for pick up. Never again will they touch mine or one of my customers again!

I had some parking lot combat that needed to be taken care of a short while ago. My insurance carrier suggested Gate City in Hooksett. Right from the initial contact through the completion of the work the customer service was outstanding. When I was able to see the finished product, which was done on time, I was very pleased with the outcome. I had a friend, who has experience with this type of body repair, look at it a short time later and he could not see any imperfections in the repair. I recommend Gate City.
Initially I was upset with GCC for taking longer than expected with my vehicle/missing bolts but when I brought it to the attention of BJ Piekarski the VP, he totally made right by me by taking the time to review everything. It was top notch customer service and top notch work performed on my vehicle. I hope to never have to go to another collision spot but if I do I will definitely take my vehicle here.
Very good and professional. They worked well with my insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. They called when my car was in different steps of the fixing process and kept me abreast of what was going on. Fast, fair , professional. I would definitely use them again
