RecommendedA very seamless experience. Everything from drop off to pickup of my car was smooth, efficient and effortless on my end. They also did a great job on the repairs! Would definitely recommend.
I was very impressed with this company. Wonderful communication and such great people! They were very busy at their Merrimack location and were completely upfront about it saying it would be a little longer than normal to get to my repair. I appreciated that and decided to stick with them just at their Nashua location.
Everything went well, took an extra day or two to get my truck back just because they found more damage to another part of my truck after my accident, but they contacted me and let me know they fixed it. Communication was excellent with everything they did

Customer service is friendly but doesn’t overdo it. I hate smarmy overly polite. I like people to be themselves. They were all Professional but not obsequious. They keep me updated with texts. Which I appreciated.
Had an accident with my Subaru.. not serious. Called Allstate and they took care of just about everything . Then I called the highly recommended Gate City Collision Co. I could not have been happier or more impressed with their service. Kept in touch to let me know status of repairs every few days. They were thorough, professional and friendly. The work they did on my car was five star. I would highly recommend them. Ten for ten for all issues..
One of the best things about gate city collision is the communication that they keep with a client well the car is being repaired. The work they do stands for it self they did a beautiful job on my vehicle. After all the repairs were done it was also detailed one of the best I’ve ever had done to the vehicle.
