However, it was frustrating not getting updates and having to extend my rental and call insurance, rental company, and shop all myself at times. This shop may be a great option once they complete renovations but until then I would not recommend Crash Champions. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Repairs look great. That was after they had the car for 5 weeks. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Always an excuse as to why it wasn’t done and I always had to call them.
