However, it was frustrating not getting updates and having to extend my rental and call insurance, rental company, and shop all myself at times. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Never! 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Was an absolute joke! I will never go there again. The service was terrible and they didn’t fix my rim due to not finding any. That was after they had the car for 5 weeks. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Always an excuse as to why it wasn’t done and I always had to call them.
