0 Star : My Experience Customer service was awful, except for Trish. Mike kept changing my pick up dates but never contacted me. After the date was changed 4 times, I called to see what was going on. It was one excuse after the other. I am okay with it taking long, but I would like to know what is going on. Last estimated date I got was 11/26 and I just got to pick up my car today 12/10. 0 Star : My Experience Communication was horrible. While I understand Hagerstown is closed and Frederick works differently, this turned into a 3 week fiasco for little reason. It took us calling to get answers and that isn't how it should be.
5 Star : My Experience It was a great experience in a bad situation. From start to finish with Mike Flook was awesome. He let us know what was found after the removal and found more damage. We looked over the entire vehicle and we are very satisfied.
