They even buffed out some other scratches on another part of my car for no charge. 5 Star : Customer Service Better service than I could have hoped for! They allowed me to drop my car off early and kept it for me a few extra days while I was out of town. From estimate to pick-up, I never felt rushed. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 They did good work on the body. Just not very good deliverance of communication & not in a timely manner. They did call and tell me it would take longer. I didn't mind that, but when I did not receive a call ok when it was done and I had to call, very disappointed 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I had asked for a dent to be removed, it did not happen. They did not go above and beyond what they were asked to repair. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Secretary was very nice. 4 Star : Returned Clean
