It might have been insurance it might have been parts but nobody can tell me. I just want a definitive answer and an apology but got neither. 3 Star : Customer Service It would be a 10 but nobody can tell me why it took 3 weeks to compete a job that was quoted to only take 1 week. 5 Star : Returned Clean
