They dinted my car, scratched my car, and chipped the clear coat...but they did make it right. They fixed all 3 spots and even went above and beyond and replaced my hubcap that I cracked this past winter. I really appreciate their timeliness, they fixed it all in just 2 days. The only way I could have had a better experience was if the issues hadn’t happened in the first place.
Very poor workmanship!! I took my car back several times and it still isn't right. My insurance company sent me to Ford to get it fixed right. The windows wont close right so the carpet is ruined now. The gauges don't work. There is clear coat over spray on my windshield that makes driving an instant headache. They said we could remove it ourselves. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The downtown location is where my car was at.
They follow through and make things right. Thank you for taking care of my orange mustang!
They continually go out of there way to help me! Hertz couldn’t get me a car in time, so Dodson moved 20 cars to get to a loaner car for me to drive! They have helped in so many ways! I cannot recommend them enough! I love them

Wow! Amazing! Friendly! Fast! That’s all things that come to mind when I think of my recent experience with Dodson-Williams. They always kept me in the loop with repairs, every interaction was consistent with every person I came in contact with, and everyone gave the impression that they cared about my business and understood how important this repair was to me. While I never want to imagine have to go through this process again my first pick will always be Dodson-Williams.
