I cannot express highly enough my dissatisfaction with Dodson Williams Automotive. My aunt had an accident on May 7, 2020. She ran her vehicle into 2 other vehicles in a parking lot when her foot slipped off brake and onto gas. She has a brand new 2020 Subaru Forester. Her car was loaded up at the scene and taken directly to Dodson Williams on a very bright sunny day! Her car gets picked up from repairs and we notice hail damage all over her car. RecommendedAll through the 80's & 90's I used Dodson Williams. The work was impeccable, management was always attentive, and the technicians were speedy yet thorough. You cannot go wrong when you choose them to do your work. I probably used their capable knowledge at least 6 or 7 times over a 12 - 15 year period.

After another local body shop had failed to 'fix it right' after 3 visits, we were in a pinch as we headed out of town with a large piece of trim hanging off it and wanted to stop by to see about buying a part to fix it right ourselves. The kind folks here stopped what they were doing and fixed us up right then and NO CHARGE! They have earned any and all of our future business! Thanks so much! Oir little white Honda CRV is back in business!

We took our Tahoe here after it was involved in an accident last July. The service we received definitely left something to be desired. My father used them every time he needed body work on a car so they were my go to! Always had great work and great service, not the case at all anymore. To compound the problem the body work done to one of the doors they “fixed” already faulted and they refuse to fix it even after insurance notified them they needed to.
