Courteous, helpful and friendly.
After we inspected the vehicle, we brought an oil leak to their attention. They confirmed there was an oil leak. Instead of fixing it, which is the ethical thing to do, they said they would only fix it if we put down a deposit. Which would slightly be okay, if they could provide a paper trail of 1.) finding the leak and 2) that the leak was fixed once completed. The sales associate said they couldn't provide any paperwork on the work done, but could "show a photo showing no more leak."
Yes the dealership answered the questions.
