Lack of communication! We asked Ernest, a salesman we had been in contact with, if a truck was still available, was told yes and to ask for Arthur since Earnest was not in that day. We were told by Ernest that Arthur was notified and expecting us, so we drove 40 miles to test drive it only to find out it had been sold that morning prior to our phone call. We talked to Arthur who had not received any message about us coming to test drive the truck. So disappointed and frustrated. Do NOT do business with this dealership!!!
Take care of your shipping, they can't. Check all work, they forgot screws in back brake calipers. But van was nice and fair price. No follow up.
