I was more than happy with my experience at cranked cycling. And I love the bike
My wife and I stopped in this store and met with Kent. He helped get my wife's bike up and running. He spent time talking with us and giving us advice on how to teach our son how to ride without training wheels. I have been telling all my friends about the wonderful experience we had at Crankers. Kent's personality and customer service is second to none!
Just got my new bike fitted by Ted. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Can't wait to get out riding.

Crankers helped us out in a jam. We needed a flat tire fix the Saturday morning we were supposed to leave for a cycling trip. They were amazing to fit us right in to get us on our way. Customer service was great, and a nice and friendly bunch! Thank you, Crankers, for making our trip a fantastic one!! We biked all over the trails in Cuyahoga National State Park and had a blast!
My friend Pam walked in frustrated, at closing time with a tire issue. 10 minutes later, she walked out smiling. Kent got her up and riding in no time flat. She said she found her new bike connection!! Way to go Kent! If you're looking for a great place with great people to service your bike, look no further!!
