Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. Best ice cream spot ever! We always take our family to crank and boom when they come for a visit! �
If your child has allergies, this is not a place to be buy ice cream. When we inquired about if nuts were present in a couple of flavors... we got "I don't know, and don't care" response. Not good, not good at all.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ICE CREAM!! I've made special trips from Stanford just to get Crank & Boom Ice Cream!!
Love the ice cream! The fresh cones are a must, they have cinnamon in them, they pair well with the Blackberry ice cream.
We enjoyed the fudge chocolate and coconut flavors. Both excellent! I would suggest that the company post ingredients of the different flavors on the website please.
