Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. I love crank and boom and needed a taste of yummy during this quarantine. I used the curbside delivery option at the Summit location and I had the BEST experience. Their customer service was amazing! The guy who answered the phone and took my order and brought out my goodies was the best! He was super helpful and so fun to talk to! I wish I remembered his name to rave about him even more! Thank you Crank and Boom for providing curbside so I can continue to enjoy gaining my covid19 20lbs 😁

Amazing ice cream and even better service! Katie Martin went above and beyond to help my parents send this sweet birthday delivery. Mom now says this is the only place she’ll get ice cream from now!
My mom's 70th birthday fell during the social distancing. She loves Sorella's gelato and I couldn't figure out how I was going to get anything but a promise of some later. Then I found out Crank and Boom offers delivery of their products AND Sorella's! And, the delivery was decorated appropriately for her birthday! She is soooo excited! Thank you to all who helped make this birthday a little more celebratory!
