Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream started in the back of our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Cafe, with one flavor: Coconut. After making ice cream for about 6 months as a simple dessert option, we noticed some customers were coming in to just buy the ice cream….and they didn’t order any Thai food. From there, we began serving our super premium ice cream at festivals, weddings, parties and schools. RecommendedI tried the mint julep at Buffalo Trace and I normally don’t eat dairy (I’m vegan) and it was amazing. I found out yesterday they have non dairy flavors and swung by and picked up a couple. Needless to say it was everything for me to not eat both pints on the spot. Hands down best non dairy ice cream I’ve EVER had! And I’ve had a lot of them.

Haven’t eaten ice cream out in years as I eat non-dairy. My whole family (even those who eat dairy) are in ❤️ with the Non-Dairy Fudge Ripple. Found you during the pandemic and have made it a regular stop last few months. Hearing this flavor may go away, as you only keep two non-dairy flavors?!? Please KEEP the Non-Dairy fudge ripple. Strawberry non-dairy is pretty good too, but NOT a fan of the cookies and creme non-dairy.
