Horrendous patient service. Absolutely zero desire to make it work for a single income family of five, even though I had approval of 100% from Tricare Insurance. After waiting to hear back from Dawn at the front desk, on what my down payment would be since MARCH (and calling each week to hear what had been discussed with the doctor.. which she made clear she never actually DID discuss with the doctor) she told me she would have to decline services to us.
