CLT Mom AWFUL experience with Charlotte office. Band was not made correctly. I expressed concerns 2 times in person and 1 time on the phone. Was told it was supposed to move some. After my 3rd in office visit with a different person I was told they needed to remake it because it was not a good fit. AWFUL AWFUL experience. Offered a refund which I am STILL waiting on. Last appt was 7/30/12, was told refund would be mailed on 8/6.....Told on 8/17 after I requested information on my refund that it was mailed on 8/17. Hopefully ... read more

Cranial Technologies--Well Worth It! I thought that Kathy and the team at Cranial Technologies in Charlotte, NC was fantastic! I honestly could not have asked for a better staff to take care of my then 7 month old. They said that he'd have the DOC band on probably 4 months, and due to his growth, it was off in 2 1/2 months! So Far, so good Lisa is a great therapist at Cranial Technologies, though all of them are very nice. They are not fluffy kittens and rainbows about a child needing the band, but this turned out to be the best solution for us and our premature son when positioning therapy did not help.

Awful Awful Awful We went here as a referral from our pediatrican. They hardly looked at my child before telling me she needed a helmet and asking me for the hundreds of dollars. Two months later, my child was fine! They were awful and so RUDE!

They make a tough time comfortable My 7-month old went for a consult there. I was very pleased with how friendly and considerate the therapists were. We decided to get the DOC band and are so pleased with the results and working with the team for his follow-ups. I've even had good contact with the corporate office in AZ. No complaints.
