I had 60 units of Botox done by Emily at Cranial Mantra Health and Beauty, and my eyebrows dropped so badly that I contacted her immediately. Worst place you could ever go for Botox. The owner is incredibly rude and treats your concerns like a joke. Instead of helping when something goes wrong, they mock you and dismiss how you feel. Emily won’t even respond properly to messages when you reach out with concerns about your results. I spent my money expecting professional treatment and care, but received the complete opposite. From the beginning, I saw so many red flags, but I decided to trust the process. The feeling I had about Emily turned out to be right. She arrived almost 20 minutes late to my appointment. Talia is AMAZING! She is a great aesthetician , always has a smile on her face and will never let you down. I love the place, the atmosphere, cleanliness of the salon. Talia is very detailed, listens to what you want to accomplish/achieve with your skin/face gives recommendations. I definitely love getting done my lash lifts , chemical peels and cryo facials which transformed my skin. Please try! She does amazing lash lifts too. 5 star highly recommend Cranial Mantra and Talia!
