This was the best salmon and was such a treat to have a gluten free option that was so full of flavor!Pecan Crusted Salmon – Atlantic salmon with a crunchy pecan crust topped with a blueberry compote, served with mushroom risotto, & seasonal vegetables.
It was okay. I had the chicken salad sandwich, 9:95 and my husband had a burger 12.95. Lets just say Chef Ramsay would not apprive. If we are in the area again, we'll drive 25 more minutes and go to the World's Biggest Truck stop for lunch.
Had lunch last week and it was spectacular! My daughter and I had the lobster Mac n Cheese which was the best, bursting with flavor, my dad had the filet and it was so tender and full of flavor and he is hard to please when it comes to steaks, he said it was the best steak he's had in a long time! I also ordered the beef stroganoff to go for my husband (had a taste of course) and it was the best I've ever had, the steak was cooked perfect and so tender and the sauce was absolutely delicious!!!
