I really appreciate the vegetarian options but it wasn't worth the extremely rude staff and high prices. I had the same experience last time and returned to give them a second chance. Never again! I could justify $8 kids meal that included "fruit" (an orange slice that was the size of drink garnishment), the $3.50 kids milk, or the over $10 salad that was as small as a side salad (I'd hate to see the 1/2 portion) if it wasn't for the inexcusable unfriendly borderline abusive staff.

Our party of 4 were underwhelmed. The food was not bad, just bland. Pretty sure I got the cous cous bottom of the pan....which was not tasty at all. I expected more considering the area. ..and the price. Would not visit there again given the chance.

We hosted our son and his wife's rehearsal dinner at The Crane and Pelican. The staff, food, and atmosphere were top notch. Mandy was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Thank you again for helping us create great memories!

Great place for a nice lunch with an elevated view of the river. Great local craft beer selection and friendly service. Had the chicken salad sandwich with cous cous and a small Caesar, wife had the grilled tenderloin sandwich with risotto we both enjoyed our meals. Will be back when we venture thru Le Clair next.

I loved our table overlooking a little porch. We tried the lobster Mac and cheese, it was alright. Our waiter was always busy, just not with us. He didn't seem very friendly and gave us the "I'm just doing my job" kind of treatment. We had to split payment some cash some on the card. He literally stood over my shoulder when entering the tip portion. It made me feel uncomfortable. He didn't get a very good tip.
