Have lived at Cranbrook Apartments for 7 years now and love it. The staff are caring, cheerful and always provide great service. The facilities are kept in top condition and Cranagement is always looking out for their residents. It is conveniently located by the freeways, downtown Davis, Nugget and CVS and UCD campus. I appreciate both their smoking policy (no smoking within 20 feet of any of the apartments) and awesome 10 pm - 10 am quiet rule policy, both of which are strictly enforced. I LOVE the Willows Apartments. The landscapers do an excellent job making the outside look serene and inviting. The apartments have a homey, welcoming look to them with large, spacious patios and balconies. AND, the insides of the apartments have the most spacious, open-concept design with lots of natural window light coming through. Its as if you are entering into a house.
